Aviation Dynamix was recommended to Airlink by Cessna for purposes of providing a ferry service from the United States to South Africa. With perfect hindsight we now understand why. Your service, from the initial inspection to final delivery, was highly professional, efficient and competitively priced. Our impressions from the factory handover visit are that Aviation Dynamix held Cessna to a stringent standard in terms of delivery quality and upheld the needs of the customer as a first priority in the face of significant pressure from Cessna to effect delivery of the aircraft by quarter cut-off. Both yourself and Andre were approachable and helpful during this visit and we also appreciated the open way in which you shared information and tips on Caravan operations and support.
The aircraft ferry process to SA ran smoothly and the 4 aircraft were delivered ahead of our expectations. Although there were some changes in the ferry plans, we could see the commitment to deliver all 4 aircraft on or ahead of schedule in spite of certain delays in terms of flight clearances. We also enjoyed the pleasant and workmanlike behaviour of your ferry crews post-arrival. Even after a lengthy journey, they were positive, friendly and committed to ensuring a quick and efficient removal of the aircraft ferry equipment. This was done within 24 hours of arrival, allowing us to enjoy our new assets in their production configuration within a very short space of time post their arrival. We will not hesitate to avail of your services should it be required in future.
